01. HISA (Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance)
Client: Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA), headwayinstitute.org
HISA runs international events and takes a high volume of online payments from attendees around the world. Its website was holding that back. Pages were broken, cracked plugins made the site unstable and unsafe, and the design was inconsistent from page to page. Visitors from paid ads landed on errors and left. People were asked to pay for international events on a site that did not look trustworthy. The site also scored 3.2 out of 10 for accessibility, so some visitors could not use it at all.
We fixed every broken page and replaced cracked plugins with licensed tools, so the site is stable and secure for payments. We repaired the multi-step event application forms. We then redesigned key pages with a clean, accessibility-first look, clear calls to action, and a layout that works on mobile, where most ad traffic lands. Each event can now have its own distinct page that stays consistent with the rest of the site.
A fast, stable website that people trust with their payments. Accessibility improved from 3.2 to 9.5 (WAVE AIM score, out of 10). Paid ad traffic now lands on working pages that lead visitors to register and apply.
